Kléo
Originally hailing from Paris, Kléo, also known as Clélia Zida, has called Amsterdam her home for two decades. She studied Audiovisual at Rietveld Academy, developing a colourful style of patterned painting that flows beyond her paintbrush and into her music with an unwaveringly analog approach.
Kléo's sets are a dynamic blend of organic and electronic sounds; an infinitude of drum machines, heavy and groovy basslines that border on acidic, and an abundance of melodic keys. Her deep love for Boogie, early Chicago house and that banging mid-80s, early 90s analog electronic vibe are the foundation of her musical output, which is delivered with meticulous skill.
