  • The details you enter in the Booking Form to request an Artist Booking;

  • supply purchased services;

  • provide invoices;

  • collect payments; and

  • send you marketing materials.

Sonnet may have to disclose the personal data provided with third parties; namely its Artists, employees and subcontractors. In this case, these parties will treat all data shared in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

Sonnet may also disclose your personal data with Gigwell. In this case, the data will be treated in accordance with Gigwell’s privacy policy: https://privacy.gigwell.com/privacy.

Moreover, sonnet may find themselves legally required to disclose private data with third parties, for the purpose of (upcoming) legal proceedings and for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending their legal rights.

Sonnet takes sensible precautions to avoid the loss or exploitation of your personal information.
